I don’t have internet at my place which is pretty sweet but it does mean that I’m not really in touch with everything.. But that’s the sweet thing. Hoho. Anyway, things are good in the hood (and I do live in the hood) and I’m getting the hang of A’dam. I might not want to leave this place.
Some final latte art…
Time for some quotes.
Last and most awesome one is by Chuck Palahniuk… “Your heart is my piñata.”
Maybe I should do quote of the day instead of a massive quote post once a year.
A seven nation army couldn’t hold me back…
That’s kind of how I feel from time to time. Sure, there are times when a slight gust of wind seems to be enough to knock me to the ground, but, mostly I AM AN UNSTOPPABLE HURRICANE, a tsunami, eeehehehe I got carried away. The truth of things is simply that I listened to Seven Nation Army in the car earlier and rocked my brains out loving it.
A few minutes before the song came on I’d been on the verge of tears being so afraid. I mean seriously, this means cutting the cord for real. The baby bird has to fly on her own for real. Fo’ real, yo! Man I am not making any sense tonight. Maybe it’s because I’m in my old room at my parents house, and it’s FILLED (NOT KIDDING) with STUFF. Stuff that either will go with me, be given away or thrown away. Because I need to clear out the room so that mom and dad can use it for whatever. Ugh, I have two days to get everything in order (3 days left in Sweden but I’m working during one) to go to A-dam (ADAM AND EVA, I’m telling you guys this is meant to be) AND submit my class preferences and arrange for study support before Aug 1st. OOOH why do I always procrastinate things up until the last minute?
What kind of problem is this REALLY
I’m choosing classes and I’m having a hard time with it. It’s the disciplinary classes that are causing my struggle.. I need to choose (at least) two, and one of them I’ve decided will be psychology – but the other? I’ve narrowed down my selection to these classes so far… Which one? Which one will aid me the most in saving the world?!

YOU CAN’T RIP
the skin off the snake. The snake must moult the skin. That’s the rate it happens.
You’ve got to go at the rate you can go. You wake up at the rate you wake up.
You’re finished with your desires at the rate you finish with your desires.
The disequilibrium comes into harmony at the rate it comes into harmony.
Oh I’m so loving this book.
Silly
Dig this. This week I’m quitting my job, packing up my belongings and moving down south. THIS WEEK! Oh shit, what about the here and now? Right here right now is in my bed with a bunch of books and my computer. Phew. Glad I got that out.
“There is a Sikh story about a holy man who gave two men each a chicken and said: “go kill them where no one can see.” One guy went behind the fence and killed the chicken. The other guy walked around for two days and came back with the chicken. The holy man said: “You didn’t kill the chicken?” The guy said: “Well, everywhere I go, the chicken sees.”
